Wasif Khan is the Vice-President of Cyber Security Operations team at CNA Insurance where he has the overall responsibility for all aspects of company’s information security operational controls. In this role, Wasif oversees the CNA’s global information security program and has built an adaptive Cyber Organization committed to reducing risk, enhancing security, and ensuring resiliency. Wasif is on the Board of Advisors for several security technology companies. Prior to joining CNA, Wasif spent 18 years in Healthcare, Financial, Airline, and Technology Industries. He was C-Level Information Security advisor at various consulting companies, where he helped various Fortune 100 companies develop their Cyber Security Programs. Throughout his career, Wasif has served in multiple roles in the Information Security fields, where he was responsible for safeguarding Data and protecting the enterprises from attacks. Since 1997, Wasif has held various roles in information technology, security and risk management providing leadership in security operations, application and perimeter security, cloud security, threat management, red/purple team, business information security officer and information security strategy.
