Yancey joined the Society for Human Resource Management as a Marketing Specialist with a focus on new member acquisition. He moved into senior roles that were built on around audience segmentation and the development of integrated marketing plans. As a marketer with over 10 years of experience, he has been successful in creating robust traditional and digital marketing plans and marketing collateral, such as emails, banner ads, direct mailers, call scripts, etc., that drives the audience to action. While Yancey enjoys all aspects of his marketing role at SHRM, he is most passionate about connecting directly with their members in order to understand their business objectives.
