While frontline marketers are making investments to gather, interpret, and act upon buyer data, they often overlook postsale signals as a valuable source of insight. These signals are powerful not just in postsale use cases like retention and expansion, but also as guides to produce better targeting and engagement efforts early in the buyer’s journey and even in the sales cycle. In this report, we outline various sources of postsale data and the value that this data brings to different phases of the opportunity lifecycle.
