Partner references and partner advocacy are essential elements of a broader voice of the partner (VoP) program. Establishing a formal, structured partner advocacy program is critical for long-term success because it enables B2B suppliers to exponentially increase their advocacy potential and scale their VoP efforts across a variety of audiences to achieve a vast array of advocacy goals and objectives. In this report, we introduce the Forrester Partner Advocacy Model, a best-in-class framework for building a partner advocacy program.
