Costco saw a large uptick in sales in the last week of February. COVID-19 has increased costs for Walgreens. Walgreens saw a boost in sales in the first weeks of March but then saw sales declining as more areas imposed quarantines. Starbucks is using its digital tools to support contactless service, entryway pickup, curbside delivery, and at-home delivery. After closing more than 50% of locations, Starbucks plans to reopen 90% of its locations in May.
