Autonomous trucks, trains, ships, and drones are advancing commercial logistics and public transportation at great speed. But more innovation is needed to make autonomous mobility a mainstream option for operation in more unpredictable environments, such as public roads. This report provides an overview of the state of autonomous mobility technologies that drive opportunities for autonomous transportation as well as where to place short-, medium-, and long-term investments.
