Tech execs are examining how their IT operating model can perform better and deliver more value to the organization and its customers, partners, and employees. There is no single IT operating model that tech execs are aspiring to build. Rather, they are looking at the culture of the organization, current state of IT capabilities, desires of IT employees, and competencies of partners to drive a higher performing IT operating model. This report highlights the findings of interviews with 25 tech execs and identifies key areas that tech execs should consider when transforming their IT operating model.
