While artificial intelligence (AI) didn’t predict the COVID-19 pandemic, it will help AI executives rethink the future of work; drive more efficiency, elasticity, and scale in operations; and reimagine customer and employee experiences. Companies that adopt AutoML will massively multiply their number of AI use cases, including for employee augmentation and automation. With this expected hypergrowth in AI, we will also see the proliferation of artificial data and the beginnings of a blockchain-based approach to data trust.
