Andrea Brody is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at Riskonnect, a leading integrated risk management software provider. She has more than 30 years of product and marketing leadership experience for both large and small global software and SaaS companies. Prior to joining Riskonnect, Andrea was CMO at BravoSolution, a strategic procurement solution provider. She has held various marketing, product management and strategic sales leadership positions for companies such as OpenText, MERANT, and GE Information Services. Andrea has a B.S. in marketing from Smith School of Business, University of Maryland and a M.S. in information systems from American University. She also serves on the Smith School of Business Advisory Board.
Vice President of Digital Marketing at HCLTech
Dan MacAvoy is the Vice President of Digital Marketing at HCLTech, a global technology services organization. Dan oversees a team of Digital Product, UX, ABM, SEO, and Program Management professionals that drive digital innovation and best practices across a highly diverse set of service horizontals, industry verticals, and geographies. Dan’s background spans leadership roles in growth, digital, brand, creative, sales and product. His leadership goals focus on organizing effective, efficient teams with highly diverse skillsets, keeping teams positively focused on unified results and benefits to the entire organization. He is well-versed in leading organizational change for global Fortune 500 companies, partnering with multi-region, multidisciplinary teams across IT, brand and corporate marketing, procurement and operations, growth and demand generation.
Vice President of Product Marketing at Delinea
In his current role at Delinea, Jayson and his team are responsible for GTM marketing strategy, content marketing, evangelism, sales enablement, technical marketing, and competitive intelligence.
Jayson has more than 15 years’ experience as a technology and software marketing leader at smaller privately held companies and global public organizations like IBM and Dell. He combines technical know-how, creative skills, and digital marketing experience to understand customers’ challenges and put them in the language they can understand when developing messaging, positioning, and marketing programs. Jayson focuses on instilling a customer-in approach with his teams to build a strong foundation that connects technology with clients’ needs and drives marketing success.
Senior Division Vice President of Growth Marketing at ADP
Linda Mougalian is the Senior Division Vice President of Growth Marketing for ADP. In this role, she and her team focus on understanding the market through Market Research, Competitive Intelligence, and Pricing; informing the market perception of our solutions through Product Marketing, Demos, and Analyst Relations; and amplifying our message to our markets and buyers through our BU Marketing teams.
Linda has over 20 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, and Strategy. Over this time, she has shaped strategic perspectives across ADP’s product portfolios, including several critical HCM offerings such as ADP Workforce Now and Comprehensive Services.
Linda holds a BA from the University of Virginia and an MBA from William Paterson University.
Chief Marketing Officer at Northwestern Mutual
Lynn Teo is the Chief Marketing Officer of Northwestern Mutual. Her responsibilities encompass brand strategy, product marketing, field and customer experience marketing, digital marketing, marketing technology, operations, and consumer insights/market research. She is a data-driven and revenue-centric tech sector marketing executive specializing in driving growth for the enterprise through the buildout of modern marketing capabilities.
Ms. Teo joined Northwestern Mutual in September 2022. In her 24 years in industry, she has led digital transformation initiatives in a broad range of industries: advertising, publishing, education, retail, finance, travel, and health. She is a seasoned international executive who has lived and worked in the US, Europe, and Asia during her career. From 2014 – 2018, Lynn assumed roles as VP Digital Marketing and Head of Marketing (Asia Pacific & Japan) at CA Technologies. From 2018 – 2021, Lynn expanded her scope of responsibilities as VP (CMO) of Global Marketing and Customer Experience at Wolters Kluwer Health. Before joining Northwestern Mutual, Lynn served as the CMO of three lines of business at Thomson Reuters.
Ms. Teo received her Honors BA degree from the National University of Singapore and an MA in Professional Writing (Information and Online/Interaction Design) from Carnegie Mellon University.

Olga is currently the VP of Revenue Operations at Birdeye, the leading reviews software & messaging platform for multi-location businesses. She has more than 15 years of experience in marketing and revenue operations, GTM technology, cross-functional alignment, ROI, and marketing analytics.
Olga is passionate about creating alignment, partnership, and operational efficiencies between Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Revenue. Olga has deep experience in building and executing complex innovative strategies and initiatives within and across functional areas positively impacting revenue while improving efficiency and effectiveness and reducing costs.
