CEO, Aisera

A specialist in strategic planning and value creation for rapidly scaling businesses, Abhi Maheshwari joined Aisera as CFO in September 2021. Abhi has been appointed CEO (Interim) in July 2024 and brings over 20 years of experience supporting the success of global enterprise and Saas companies. Prior to Aisera, he served as CAO at CrowdStrike, where he guided the transition to a public company, international partnerships, M&A, and business acceleration. His leadership role encompasses long-term financial analysis and planning, global expansion, treasury and tax strategy, partnerships, operations, and capital allocation. His skills encompass building strong teams for global expansion and IPO readiness, guiding regulatory compliance, and implementing revenue stimulus. Abhi is a graduate of the Executive Residency Program at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and CPA from India and California.
