Sr. Manager SDR Enablement, Workato

Angelena Adamski currently heads up the SDR Enablement department at Workato, where she recently transitioned as one of the top performing SDRs & Team Leads. She brings a unique view to SDR Enablement with her 5+ years in sales and time at fast growing tech start ups. Her mission is to create structure and process that’s repeatable for SDRs to help better align AEs & SDRs to drive metrics that matter the most like closed won revenue. She volunteers her time with organizations like Re:Work Training, a non-profit out of her home city Chicago, IL, that focuses on SDR training to help empower Black, Latinx, and People of Color Communities to drive diversity and inclusion within the tech space. In her spare time you can find her in the great outdoors of her home base, Denver, Colorado, with her two dogs, playing basketball, abstract painting, gardening or chasing live music.
