Vice President, Survey & Insights, Advocate Health

Aniket Navalkar serves as Vice President, Surveys & Insights at Advocate Health. He is responsible for providing leadership for the design, administration, and communication of the Advocate Health survey and actionable insights programs in support of our Human Experience philosophy and strategic objectives.

Aniket has over 20 years of leadership experience in data and analytics, covering a wide range of expertise including business intelligence, data science, operations research, data engineering, and data governance. Most recently he led the data strategy at the Union Pacific Railroad, implementing artificial intelligence and machine learning (AIML) models to improve employee safety, customer experience, operational efficiency, and revenue growth, resulting in significant income gains. Aniket serves on several influential councils and panels focusing on supporting technology professionals, including the world-renowned MIT Technology Review.

Aniket earned a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering from the University of Mumbai, a Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Oklahoma, and a Master of Business Administration from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Aniket lives in Elkhorn, NE with his wife and son, while his daughter is a freshman in the BSMD program at the University of Oklahoma. In his spare time, Aniket loves to travel, play badminton, watch cricket, research emerging tech, and spend time with his family.
