Blake has over 27 years experience working in the retail, consumer products, pharmaceutical, banking, not-for-profit, education and government industries.

Providing leadership development, organization change strategy solutions, organization design, communications strategy, innovation capability development, project management and also value realization strategies.

Completed an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and before that an MBA at The George Washington University.
