Brian Hovey is the Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Rockwell Automation, a global leader in industrial automation and digital transformation. Since joining Rockwell in October 2024, Brian has been leading the company’s global marketing organization, driving brand strategy, customer engagement, and growth initiatives across diverse markets. With more than 25 years of experience, his career includes executive roles at Honeywell and Dell Technologies, with functional responsibility spanning marketing, product management, sales operations, and inside sales. Brian began his career as a business consultant at Accenture and holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.

Outside of work, Brian is active in the Charlotte community where he currently serves on the board of Digi-Bridge, a non-profit focused on sparking interest and persistence in STEAM learning in under-represented communities. Additionally, Brian enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, golfing, and running with a local triathlon training group.
