Currently serving as Executive Director, Information Technology & Workplace Services at the Department of Jobs, Skills, Industries and Regions, Cassandra provides strategic leadership in ICT governance, cyber security, and digital transformation to align with state-wide government priorities.

Her career spans senior roles such as CIO at the Victorian Building Authority and General Manager of Shared Government Services at Cenitex, where she has delivered innovative technology solutions, established AI governance frameworks, and modernised ICT operations. Recognised for her collaborative leadership style and focus on operational excellence, she has successfully led large teams to achieve significant organisational outcomes, including cost efficiencies and enhanced service delivery.

Cassandra holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Swinburne Graduate School of Management, alongside numerous certifications in project management, change management and cyber strategy.
