As an Executive Partner, Chioma helps CIOs, CTOs and the IT Leadership team advance major initiatives, with a special focus on creating customer-obsessed strategies that drive business growth.

Chioma has over 25 years of experience in IT Financial Management, Supply Chain, Program Management, Change Management, and IT enabled business transformation. Prior to joining Forrester, Chioma was the Global Head of IT Finance and Transformation for the largest publicly held education company.  She was responsible for the success of projects that helped to automate and streamline key operations within the firm’s global portfolio of schools.  Chioma has served in similar roles for Energy, Healthcare, Real Estate, and Public Sector enterprises.  In each role, she has focused on people, processes and technology to drive growth and efficiency, including moving an on-premises IT organization to IaaS, outsourcing non-strategic IT support functions, implementing key business systems, and shoring up the Governance, Risk and Compliance environment within IT.  Chioma started her career as a management consultant and Investment Banker and has gained a reputation for her ability to move an IT organization from a bold vision to measurable results.

Chioma has a BA in Economics from Princeton University and an MBA from The University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School.
