Chioma has over 25 years of experience in leading transformational change for IT organizations. Prior to joining Forrester, Chioma was the global head of IT transformation and finance for the largest publicly held education company. She was responsible for the success of projects that helped to automate and streamline key operations within the firm’s global portfolio of schools. Chioma has served in similar roles for enterprises in the energy, healthcare, real estate, and public sectors. In each role, she has focused on people, processes, and technology to drive growth and efficiency, including moving an on-premises IT organization to infrastructure as a service, outsourcing nonstrategic functions, leveraging digital assets to expand revenue, implementing key business systems, and shoring up the governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) environment within IT. Chioma started her career as a management consultant and investment banker and has gained a reputation for her ability to move an organization from a bold vision to measurable results.
