Chief Enterprise Architect, North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services

Chris is an IT professional who has spent the last 17 years working in State government providing privacy, security, and architecture oversight for systems with a variety of compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, FERPA, IRS 1075, PCI, etc.) that gather, transmit and store data across multiple organizational and system boundaries. Over the last two (2) years Chris has served as the Chief Enterprise Architect for the North Carolina Department of Health and Human services where he works with their Cloud Center of Innovation around designing systems for compliance within cloud environments.
