Senior Service Design Lead, Transport for NSW

Chris is a Senior Service Design Lead with international experience working across government, start-up, education, and technology. He combines his design, business, and coaching background to uncover and convert customer insights into tangible solutions. In addition, Chris is passionate about emerging mobility, product design, and autonomous vehicles, specialising in digital and infrastructure projects and agile environments.

He is also externally representing Transport for NSW as the Co-Chair of the International Association of Public Transport Australia New Zealand’s Emerging Mobility Leaders that currently consists of 23 members with diverse professional backgrounds from both public and private sectors across the two countries.

When he’s not designing better customer experiences, Chris can be found nurturing his inner geek with graphic novels or playing with his two-year-old rescue dog, Oscar.
