Christie Sandoval is the Senior Vice President of Customer Experience, leading all of T-Mobile’s Consumer Customer Care Operations across 20 U.S. based internal Customer Experience Centers and all Global Care operations. In addition to championing our industry-leading Customer Service teams, Christie currently heads a cross-functional transformation team, focused on purchase and service experiences.
