VP of Customer Experience, Roche Diagnostics International

Cristina is a VP for Customer Experience for Roche Diagnostics International. In her role Cristina is accountable for the CX strategy and roll out and the global orchestration of CX improvement initiatives through application of optimal user experience in solution design of products and services.

Cristina joined Roche in 2008, within the last 15 years in Diagnostics she held both local and global roles. Beyond Roche, Cristina is an active public speaker and holds a PhD in Virology from Imperial College and an Executive MBA from the University of Warwick.
