Since 2018, he has led Consensys Customer Success through 100x growth, building an AI‑first support organization and creating SRE and Builder Engagement teams that turn production signals into customer insights and stronger Web3 application security. Previously, he founded HPE Software’s Customer Success organization, after starting his career as a software developer and serving as a Major in the IDF.
