With over 25 years of experience, Emma has consistently emphasized that Customer Experience (CX) extends beyond surveys, advocating for its use to drive superior business outcomes. Since joining Experian in 2017, she has developed a comprehensive program that directly links CX to financial performance, integrating both Customer Experience (CX) and Employee Experience (EX) to foster a client-centric culture and develop CX capabilities across the 12 countries in the EMAP region. Emma is also deeply committed to health and wellbeing. During her children’s early years, she successfully combined her passion for outdoor activities with delivering exceptional customer experiences in the fitness industry.
