Erin Winters is an independent marketing strategy consultant and head of corporate marketing at Affinity Solutions. She has over 20 years of experience building high performance marketing organizations in the marketing technology industry. Erin spent her early career managing industry analyst relations (AR) programs at Oracle and Interwoven (now part of HP). More recently Erin was the Vice President of Marketing Strategy at Acxiom for over 7 years and the CMO at LRN. She was a member of the Forrester Research Board of Advisors and Forrester Research Marketing Leadership Board.

She is a graduate of Lynchburg University with a BA in History, and a minor in Political Science, and a minor in Irish History from University College Galway, Ireland. Erin lives with her husband Phil in Park Slope, Brooklyn, N.Y.
