Director, Diversity & Inclusion, Forrester

Fadjanie Cadet(she/her) is a certified Organizational Development professional and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) leader with an empathetic and enigmatic style that she uses to connect and inspire. She specializes in helping organizations shift their inclusion efforts from passion to influence, leveraging a systems approach to change management to influence meaningful and sustainable change. She currently serves as the first Global Diversity and Inclusion Director at Forrester, where she owns the D&l vision and roadmap, partnering with executive leadership and functional leaders to align, execute, and embed D&l priorities.

PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE:

Prior to joining Forrester, Fadjanie worked across the technology and professional services industries in a variety of human resources roles implementing strategic initiatives with a focus on culture, training development, leadership, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. She is particularly passionate about amplifying the experiences of first-gen professionals and catalyzing more conversations about the intersectionality of their experiences in mainstream conversations about DEl.

EDUCATION:

Fadjanie earned her MBA from Providence College’s and holds a BBSA in management from University of Massachusetts Amherst’s Isenberg School of Management. She also holds a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell and an OD certification from the Institute of Organization Development.
