Greg Pridgeon is a senior analyst on the Future of Work team, specializing in human capital management (HCM). He assists chief human resources officers (CHROs) with navigating the ever-evolving HR technology landscape. Leveraging his two decades of experience, Greg engages business leaders on HCM service delivery, product trends, and the strategies that surround them.

Greg joined Forrester from ADP, where he led multiple teams with oversight of HCM implementation, partner strategy, and product technical guidance. Serving as a director in municipal and private institutions, he organized multiple HR information system (HRIS) modernizations and structured best practices for large organizations and SMBs.
