Senior VP Information Technology, Managing Director, Uniper

Hans is a senior executive in the utility and energy industry. Since 2016 he is Senior VP Information Technology at Uniper SE and Managing Director of Uniper IT GmbH.
Before he had different leadership roles in Europe with job profiles in General Management, IT, HR, Audit, Business Development and Strategy. He is a graduated mechatronic and business engineer.

Hans has lead successfully several large scale business transformations; restructuring global delivery organizations for IT but also HR, build on business value and a purpose to drive digitalization and decarbonization.
With over 25 years of experience, Hans is focused on empowering diverse and innovative teams to deliver superior value for every stakeholder.

Outside of work, Hans enjoys snowboarding, fitness training, tennis as well as travel.
