Harsha Balakrishnan is a Senior Sales Intelligence Manager at Incode Technologies, currently focused on the Go-To-Market strategy for the Incode Workforce product suite. He has over a decade of experience in strategy and business development across multiple industries, including financial services, marketplaces, manufacturing, and the public sector, all while focusing on adding value to customers. Prior to Incode, Harsha led Business Development and Strategy for a manufacturing firm and spent five years at Deloitte Consulting. Harsha is based in NYC and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University. Outside of Incode, he enjoys all sports, playing tennis, reading, and going on long walks with his dog.
