Sr. Analyst, CX Index, TL, Jane Lo, joined Forrester with experience in consulting, brand marketing, and CX, in a number of industries. Her previous CX experience includes end-to-end strategy, VoC, and implementation for consumer brands Samsonite and Shark Ninja. She has built strong customer relationships using best-in-class CX strategies aligned to organizational goals. She received her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and enjoys storytelling with data.
