Director, Learning and Development, Forrester

Jason is an experienced people leader, operations manager and educator. His career began in healthcare delivery leading functional areas of hospitals and later large-scale IT projects. A passion for people and their relationship with work led Jason to a career in learning and organizational development. Since then he has worked with clients of all types, from radio stations to groups within higher education on topics like leadership development, culture change and team building. Jason also teaches Human Resources Principles at Boston University School of Public Health. In his role at Forrester, Jason leads the Learning and Development function within Employee Experience.
