Global Director of Customer Experience, Ford Motor Company

Jason Sprawka is the Global Director of Customer Experience for Ford Motor Company. In his current role, he is responsible for creating world class customer experiences throughout the sales and ownership cycle for Ford in markets around the world. Jason brings together multiple organizations within Ford to drive cohesion and seamless integration for customer interactions.  In addition to Customer Experience, Jason has led Product, Brand, App Development and Loyalty marketing in various roles in his 18 year tenure at Ford.  Jason is a graduate of the University of Dayton, and Duke’s Fuqua School of Business.
