jD Buckley has spent more than 15 years working in technology across Fortune 500 companies as well as disruptive startups and incubators. She is a passionate advocate for the power of systems thinking and collaborative design to bridge the gap between strategic discovery research to delivery, and measurable business outcomes. She currently serves as VP, CX Strategy/Service Design at Synchrony and is also an adjunct assistant professor at ArtCenter College of Design. Outside of work, she is an avid long-distance runner and world traveler.
