Jim has worked in the contact center industry for over 25 years and has been with Gant Travel for five years. With a focus in Operations he has held multiple positions throughout his career ranging all the way from frontline agent to Director. During his first year with Gant Travel he led the team in procedural and process enhancements that brought home a 2018 CCW first place award for Best In Class Contact Center (Under 99 Seats) for the company and 2020 CallMiner Listen award winner. Jim has a passion for great customer service and drives the team at Gant Travel to become every customer’s last best experience.
