Customer Experience Director, Domestic & General

John is the Customer Experience Director at Domestic & General – where he heads up CX globally. Prior to joining Domestic & General he was the Head of Customer Experience at Deliveroo – again with a global remit. Before moving into industry, John spent 15 years in consulting, 10 of which were within Accenture Strategy where his focus was on Customer Service and Experience – touching a multitude of industries.
