CTO, Daimler Truck

Jonas holds a Diploma in Computer Science and Japanese Studies from University of Bonn. Main research topics were Metadata, Data Quality and Machine Learning with Neural Networks. Within Daimler he previously held architecture and various leadership positions. As the “Joint Priority Lead” was responsible for the Open-Source Strategy of the former Daimler Group. He also shaped and executed the Blockchain technology Strategy and represented Daimler internationally as a Member of the Governing Board of Hyperledger. In his current Role he is transforming the new Headquarter of Daimler Truck after the carve-out towards a lean and state-of-the-art digital HQ.
