Judith van Herwaarden is Global Principal Customer Experience at HeidelbergCement – one of the largest building materials companies in the world with 50.000 employees, operating in over 50 markets.

Judith has lead HeidelbergCement Groups’ Customer Centric Transformation for the last 5 years, during which she’s travelled five continents building cultural, business and market expertise. Before she discovered her passion for CX, she drove change in marketing and HR, modernizing policies and practice to drive business success.

Outside of work, Judith is on the board of a local charity that helps underprivileged families by connecting them to local entrepreneurs for support and empowerment. Here, she recently restructured the organisation to be ready for its next phase of growth.
