In 2020, when the world was told to socially distance themselves from others, Julia had a different idea. In just 3-days she stood up a virtual event live in her lounge room that brought 15,000 people from 32 countries together. She now shares the story of VID19 Conference to inspire others and showcase what’s possible when we unite around a common purpose and clear goal.

Recipient of the 2021 International Business Award Delivery Hero of the Year, Julia is the author of “Buy-in: How to lead change, build commitment and inspire people” and “Unite”.

Originally from the UK, Julia now calls Melbourne home, where she is known for her fast-thinking humour and love of good coffee and music.
