Senior Director, Global Partner Program & Transformation, Dell Technologies

Kath Meza is the Senior Director, Partner Program & Transformation for Dell Technologies. She and her organization are responsible for delivering a best‑in‑class partner program experience and ensuring Dell and its partners stay ahead of the curve as the partner ecosystem, data, and AI landscapes evolve. Her team’s scope spans Global Partner Program Operations and Transformation, including the end‑to‑end incentive experience (rebates, MDF, and MyRewards strategies), tier operations, governance and compliance, and new transformation initiatives such as partner AI programs and data‑driven modernization of partner operations.  

A 19‑year veteran of Dell Technologies, Kath has held a wide range of partner‑focused leadership roles across the business, including Retail Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Latin America Partner Merchandising. She joined the Global Partner organization in 2015 to help launch the inaugural Dell EMC Partner Program and has continued to shape and evolve it as Dell, its partners, and AI‑enabled go‑to‑market motions have become more sophisticated. 

 Kath holds a BA from Boston College and an MBA from American University.
