Kathy Doolaege is the Head of Go To Market Operations and Enablement at Qualtrics, where she is responsible for transforming go-to-market operations and spearheading an enablement strategy focused on sales excellence across a growing $2+ billion revenue organization.

With over 20 years of experience in go-to-market operations within the tech industry, Kathy has held executive roles at Zoom, Cisco Systems, Signify, Acuity Brands, and Bloom Energy. She has spearheaded large-scale business transformations, implemented global sales operations best practices, and led company-wide initiatives while overseeing global operations across sales, marketing, customer success, and services.

Her expertise spans implementing new business models, developing go-to-market readiness plans for sales and product, executing commercial sales excellence initiatives, and building lean operating models. Known for her ability to navigate and lead through disruptive organizational change, she is passionate about developing talent and fostering high-performance teams.

Beyond her role at Qualtrics, Kathy is an advocate and mentor, actively supporting talent development both within and outside the company. She serves on multiple Advisory Boards – Clari, Highspot, MGM Global, and Fullcast.

Kathy resides in Orange County, California, and is a proud mother to her two daughters, Karalyn and Chloe.
