Team Lead, Solutions Consultants, Cvent

Kerri has worked at Cvent for over six-and-a-half years, starting as a Client Success Consultant in Cvent’s headquarters in Tyson’s Corner, VA. In this position she served as the principal strategic resource for a portfolio of international clients using Cvent’s Event management platform. Kerri collaborated with clients to ensure successful implementation, training, and product adoption as well as trained internal teams on Global Distribution Systems and Ecommerce strategies. In 2017 Kerri had the privilege to join Cvent’s London office progressing into a Solutions Consultant, primarily supporting prospective clients in their technical evaluation of Cvent’s platform as well as consulting current clients on best practices. Kerri is now a Team Lead, which allows her to strategically work with prospective customers and clients to help them reach their business goals with Cvent technology alongside managing a part of the Solutions Consultant team.
