Kimberlea is a senior delivery manager with over 20 years of experience in financial services. This includes significant work in large-scale software and infrastructure programs such as CBA’s Core Banking Program and, more recently, NPP and PayTo at Indue. Kimberlea is a passionate people leader who works to ensure her team has the skills and growth opportunities to meet current and future program delivery goals. Her focus is transforming Indue’s Delivery function to move teams from a mindset of quality control to one of quality engineering and assuring continuous quality.
