Leslie Vitrano

VP, Global IT Channel Ecosystem, Schneider Electric

With over 20 years of sales and marketing experience, Leslie has expertise in go-to-marketing strategy creation and execution, two-tier channel management excellence, channel program transformation, persona research, value proposition creation, marketing strategy development, channel marketing execution and digital channel management.

Most importantly, she has developed a passion for the channel and dedicated most of her career to enabling the IT Channel.  Currently, as the global VP of the IT Channel EcoSystem, she is responsible for the complete ecosystem of global IT Channel partners, which is the primary route-to-market for Schneider Electric’s data center & network division.  Her and her team oversees the channel strategy, overall business performance of the IT Channel, Partner Sustainability initiatives, Partner Programs, analyst relations, Ecommerce, partner experience & digitization roadmap, and Channel Marketing.

Previously, she was responsible for setting the 3-5 year strategy for Schneider Electric’s IT Channel, focused on driving growth across the industry’s diverse ecosystem of partners.  Additionally, Leslie has led the strategies and teams for channel marketing and partner programs for two of Schneider Electric’s largest regions, including both North America and Europe.  During those roles, she was responsible for transforming co-marketing and demand generation programs for APC by Schneider Electric IT channel partners, generating increased return on marketing development funds and campaigns.  Additionally, her team drove the Channel Partner Program; ensuring it enhances the experience and business objectives of APC’s partners. Driven to bring value to more partners, she took her expertise and passion to the global level

Next, she was elevated to lead the global channel partner program and digital animation strategies, which is referred to as Digital Channel Management. Her team drove the strategies, execution and satisfaction for the digital touchpoints, tools, enablement and benefits within the partner program for APC’s large network of partners globally. She is credited for transforming the partner program for one of the leading brands in the IT industry in 2022 which resulted in partners within the partner program generating 8x more revenue.

Other than Leslie’s leadership roles for channel marketing, she has also had the opportunity to manage the marketing strategy globally for APC.  This included the development of a world-wide portfolio of campaigns, content marketing programs and brand management for APC.

Recently, Leslie was named one of CRN’s Power 100 list for 2024 thru 2017 Women of the Channel. Additionally, she is a founding board member & executive board member for the Channel Marketing Association which has a mission of growing and expanding this critical expertise of marketing and channel-led businesses.

Outside of work, Leslie enjoys playing and coaching competitive volleyball, both indoor and beach, with friends and her husband near their house in Middletown, RI. She is also a certified health coach helping others transform their daily habits mentally, physically, and mentally to become the best version of themselves.  And she also enjoys playing golf (badly) or participating in any outdoor activities including the beach and sun near their home in Middletown, RI.
