Lillian Davenport, SPHR, SHRM – SCP, CTACC, Principal, End View Solutions, LLC, is a coach and women’s leadership and career strategist.

As a human resources leader, Lillian’s career spans JPMorgan Chase & Co., Woodforest National Bank, and American International Group, Inc. She led a North America employee relations group, coached leaders in the U.S. and internationally, and managed team transformations and enterprise-wide business change initiatives.

After 30 years in corporate, Lillian now works with women to thrive in their careers. In addition to private coaching, her Master Classes – Maximize HER Leadership℠ and M3 Leadership Academy℠ – offer small group virtual learning to empower mid-career and early career women, respectively, to be the best version of themselves as leaders at the levels they envision.
