In his current role, Malc leads Customer Experience across Brenntag Essentials EMEA, putting the customer at the centre of every decision, every service, and every success. He connects feedback with action, delivering regionally relevant programmes that build stronger customer relationships and measurable commercial value.
He also leads Salesforce ‘order to satisfaction’ across EMEA and APAC, championing Salesforce and Customer 360 as key enablers of transformation. His focus is on making data meaningful – driving more connected, consistent, and customer-centric operations.
