Group Director Admissions, Marketing, Communications, Market Insights and Customer Experience, Education in Motion (EiM)

Marianne is EiM’s Group Director AMC. A value-driven career professional with 20-years corporate leadership experience enabling brands, businesses and high performing teams navigate within complex environments. She excels in strategic transformation, communications, sales, marketing, branding, business development and customer experience management. She is responsible for optimizing sales and enrolment for all brands and driving the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing, branding and communication philosophy supporting the business development strategy. The role also provides market insights and opinion to inform strategic acquisitions, keeps on top of alternative business models and organizational design. The position is responsible for leading the group and school talents, including professional development, for a team of more than 75 members. Strong background in culture transformation, facilitation, solution co-creation and leadership strategies.
