Loyalty and CX Lead, Baleària

Maribel is responsible for the Customer User Experience programs at Baleària. She joined in 2018 and since then she’s been generating alliances across the company, and leading CX projects to improve the experience through omnichannel, automation and AI strategies.

Prior to Baleària, Maribel worked at NewNeeds Consulting and Elliot Claire London, both at international trade positions.
