Senior Global Webinar Manager, Zendesk

Mark Burke joined Zendesk in 2019 in a newly created role as Webinar Manager for EMEA and was responsible for executing and delivering high quality digital experiences for the company’s customers and partners. Mark is now Zendesk’s Global Event Technology and Operations Manager, focused on the future strategy of those digital experiences. Prior to working with Zendesk, Mark spent several years working in agencies developing digital transformation strategies for companies just like Zendesk.
