Product Director, HCL

Martin Lechleider is the Product Director for HCL Leap and looks after the citizen development aspects of HCL’s LCAP offering. He’s held this position since joining HCL in 2017 as part of HCL’s acquisition of Forms Experience Builder from IBM. He spent 30+ years at IBM in various product roles including being Product Manager for Forms Experience Builder, which was renamed to Leap at HCL.
