Matt Blasco is a Managing Director and Head of Customer Analytics at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Matt leads a global team responsible for the cross-line-of-business segmentation development & analytics, behavioral & experience analytics, and customer-value analysis for Chase’s 80MM customers. The team’s goal is to ensure we’re reducing friction and improving customer outcomes, presenting the most relevant communications and digital experiences while ensuring business outcomes are being met.

He previously spent 20 years agency side focused on marketing and experience analytics across industries including financial services, healthcare, auto, CPG. He’s an economics & math graduate of Columbia University with an MBA from MIT Sloan.
