Matthew Patchett is a Senior CX Strategist at Reputation, the world’s leading Reputation Experience Management platform. Matthew joined Reputation in 2021, bringing with him close to 20 years’ of experience within the automotive sector. He has a wealth of experience in the design, implementation and integration of large scale Voice of Customer programmes, having previously been responsible for the Customer Experience Management programme at VWG UK.
